1. To accomplish all sites projects are done timely and accurately with relevant costs
2. To oversee the operations of all contracts ensuring the meet the qualities by using quality materials
3. To undertake the repairing and maintenance of all company properties
4. Responsible for ensuring the drawings are prepared accurately and kept properly for future use.

• To prepare the engineering drawings of sites by using AutoCAD and keep file documents for future use.
• To review engineering drawings and recommend accordingly.
• To execute engineering drawings.
• To ensure engineering works comply with specifications and safety standards.
• To undertake repairing/maintenance of Company’s properties throughout the duty stations of the Company.
• To follow up on permits and approval for all engineering works under his/her supervision.
• To prepare cost estimates and quantities of the projects.
• To plan, assign, schedule and supervise daily works for ongoing projects.
• Tracking inventory and initiating requisitions for required materials and supplies.
• To accomplish all site projects including resources calculation, establishing standards and protocols, coordinating contractors, evaluations, resolving design problems and all required issues.
• Enhance a productive team with the results of high professionalism and meeting deadlines.
• Be responsible for all Contractors’ activities on sites and report to the Management in case of any discrepancy.
• Lead the team for growth of the Company with best quality work.
• Inspect work in progress, and ensure that work conforms to specifications of contracts and adheres to established work schedules.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with casual laborers, Employees and Managers.
• Comply with all Company policies, circulars, guidance and procedures circulated within the Company from time to time.
• Any other office related duties as may be assigned by the Superiors from time to time.

• Various authorities like EWURA, NEMC Weight and Measures are monitored
• Good practice of dealers and super dealers are enforced
• Customers are satisfied
• Market audit is carried out
• Competition is monitored
• Product quality is controlled
• CAPEX is managed
• Compliance with company standards and brand image
• LPG customers are supervised and motivated

• In consultation to the Line Manager provide guidance to contracts during execution of projects ensuring all the set standards are met.

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other related field

·      3+ years of experience in Civil Engineering field from a large and reputable Company

·      Well equipped with use of AutoCad in preparation of drawings

·      Strong intrapersonal skills

·      Strong  data analysis and reporting skills

·      Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures

·      Strong people management skills

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Ability to work under pressure preferred

·      Trust worthy with high discipline
